PALM COAST, FL—David-Douglas Brown, NJ Hall of Fame Inventor has recently incubated a new Company  www.NJnewsjersey.com www.NYnewsyork.com and www.FLnewsflorida.com  Powered by Yellow Pages ONLINE, which had its soft launch in 2017, powering the media side of the business with the objective of expanding the project nationwide. The project began with David’s vision on an idea for a new technology for small to medium sized businesses locally and nationwide. We also can service new businesses with rapid service! The new technology created connects key words to algorithm in all relevant Search Engines including GOOGLE YAHOO BING etc. The technology will drive the story to the top of the organic search. Reporting on this exclusive interview our www.NJnewsjersey.com reporter & sales representative Sharri Schneider. David mentions "it’s basically a secret recipe or you can say smorgasbord of data elements streaming into the engines". This creates a huge bump both organic and boosted for our client, “The boosted part is on the Social Media side in which we work with Facebook who recognizes us as a recognized media source” I’m excited to say we are a proud Member of the NJ PRESS Association as well! David-Douglas recalled how in meeting and speaking w/ prospective small business owners, it became evident that the clients really wanted to talk about how their businesses started, their hopes and visions for their businesses, what their businesses are about, their services offered and how the businesses are evolving and constantly changing. Mentioned earlier but very important FORTUNE 500 Companies have been making good use of in-house Public Relations Departments for many years. This benefit gives them the ability to get out their branding message within a very short time to millions of people. My dream is to level the playing field with those Fortune 500 Companies and that every small to medium sized business will have a similar go-to by just calling our newsroom hotline. The advantage of this is so important and business owners are seeing this now because we are expanding faster and faster each day. We are also controlling company growth at this time and have improved our process to a point where we can have a client up and running with a few weeks or days depending on urgency. In the last six months we have also signed on many SEO/SEM Companies as strategic partners whom sell technology P.R Services as an add-on. Our technology makes the SEO/SEM Companies look like the hero within their own customer base. The internet is the wild west right now and you need to be aggressive. We are here for you and can explain in detail what is best with all the confusion!

To meet this need for small and medium sized business, David wanted to interview these entrepreneurs, have their stories professionally written and then distributed as part of their advertising package into social media world.

“If you are a small to medium sized business owner, you should give us a call sooner than later 609-619-3416 because we are fulfilling a need that was not accessible in the past! We are affordable and so well targeted. Times have certainly changed!  David reminds us.

Research demonstrates that when a business has more and frequent stories out there, there is better potential for visibility when people are doing key word searches and for the business to be successful.

One of the most important factors for small and or medium businesses is the trust factor. For instance, many of our clients are in service oriented businesses such as: construction firms, plumbers, electricians, cleaning firms that will often be coming into your home and or your work place. Although, we will service all categories A to Z including… Accountants, Landscapers, Doctors, and everyone can use this technology! When we meet with clients, we meet with the business owner(s) him/herself and in doing so, we are establishing a trustworthy, collegial relationship. After an arranged meeting and interview with the owner, the story is written up AP style, and then it is sent back to the client for feedback and to ensure the owner is completely happy before public distribution. We also will include photographs, videos, and any links the client’s requests.

David’s background is in itself an interesting one especially with his inventing. David graduated from Stockton University located in Pomona, New Jersey.

Picture was taken aboard the USS Bronstein World War II

PALM COAST, Fla-- Cypress Knoll Golf and Country Club, a Gary Player designed professional course will dedicate a new deck to the local Flagler County veterans with a special plaque ceremony scheduled Saturday, Feb 17, from 11-11:30 a.m.

Cypress Knoll’s owners, Douglas and Janice Reid Brown, will dedicate two special plaques to the veterans, which will be displayed on the deck permanently. Brown and his wife Janice will also speak about their own family members who have served in the military

“It’s a dedication to our veterans from the heart,” said Brown.

Brown shared a memory about his Uncle Thomas Evanowski who was killed in action during World War II while serving aboard a Navy Destroyer in the Pacific.

Several members of local veterans organizations in Flagler County are scheduled to speak about the many wonderful benefits of living in the county. Brown hopes the deck will come to symbolize a special place for community members to mingle. The deck will be officially dedicated to all of the Flagler County veterans.

Doug Brown explained that if his father Frederick had not purchased a parcel of land adjacent to the golf course in 1973, Cypress Knoll probably would not be here today due to financial difficulties prior to his acquisition.

Recently, the course opened a new state-of-the-art Par-3 Pitch and Putt course to enhance the options for guests who prefer something different from traditional golf.

Asked why Brown added the Pitch and Putt to the golf course; “it offers adults and young children the opportunity to play golf, so long as they are accompanied by an adult. Moreover, it’s a quicker way to play golf, “you can finish the whole game in two hours or less, then stop in the clubhouse restaurant and enjoy more family time,” said Brown.

Another benefit of the new addition, “most people don’t need more than 4-5 clubs,” Brown said. (The par-3 course is approximately 65-95 yards per hole, with longest hole at 95 yards). “Beautiful scenery with a challenging ninth hole over the water while spectators can watch from the deck.” Great fun for everyone!

One can also walk the pitch and putt course at Cypress. It’s about three miles for nine holes, and a six to seven mile walk for all 18 holes. “I hope kids do that. It would be wonderful,” added Brown

This special day will also include putting contests featuring different group categories and a professional  instructor will give demonstrations for new putters. Drinks and light appetizers will be offered following the ceremony to veterans. 2018 DRIVE SAFE, STAY SAFE, AND BE SAFE!

FLORIDA--  Well, it is that time of year again, New Years! Most people love to ring in the New Year by celebrating with friends and family. For some, it is a time of reflection of the past year, and a time where people make their New Year’s resolutions. However, it can also be a time of sadness and loneliness for others. On this evening, drinking and driving is more prevalent, drugs are being consumed in greater amounts, and the suicide rate increases. What are our reasons for these drastic measures? Is it to numb the pain of the past? Is it to prevent us from seeing the things we need to change? Or is it because we are afraid to face the future?

We all need to remember that alcohol and drugs have long lasting effects on our bodies that some may not even realize. Every system and organ in our bodies has their own function. When we ingest foreign substances, we disrupt the very nature of our cells and blood flow, affecting our DNA makeup that may lead to lifelong illnesses or death. So before you do something you may regret, try to remember you are not alone! Every one of us has someone that cares about our well-being. Whether it’s a family member, a friend, or maybe even a beloved pet, there is someone waiting for you to come home. No matter how hopeless life may seem, drinking and driving, taking drugs or committing suicide is NEVER the answer! Find someone you can talk to that can help bring comfort   during the times when you feel hopeless and alone. Oftentimes, that person can take you from a bad moment to a better place where hope can come shining through. Being thankful each day for the people you have in your life will cultivate an attitude of gratefulness changing your perspective to a positive outlook.  Also, try to remember that we can never appreciate the good things that come into our lives without experiencing some hard times.

I know you’ve heard it time and again:

But life is not a coffee blend.

Don’t drink and drive or do drugs!

Suicide can’t be swept under the rug.

Lives are lost, and families are shattered.

Crying hearts, and bodies battered.

Enough is enough; it’s time to wake up!

I am tired of filling this same old cup.

As we sit and look upon this new year ahead of us, I encourage every one of you to think about your hopes, dreams and goals that you want to accomplish in life. We all have gifts and talents to offer this world and each of us has the ability to change peoples’ lives for the better. For example, we can feed a homeless person, do volunteer work, attend college or go after that dream job! Even better, we can forgive a family member or an old friend that has caused us pain in the past. Life can be a great experience, a work of art, or a grand masterpiece but you have to remain hopeful when the bad times come. So before you drink and drive, do drugs or contemplate suicide, reach out and grab onto that hand that longs to help you! You can contact the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at (800) 273-8255 if you are experiencing a crisis.

This New Year’s Eve if you have too much to drink make sure you call a Taxi, UBER, LYFT, or a friend/family member to drive you home. If possible, stay where you are until you are sober. We at www.NJnewjersey.com www.FLnewsflorida.com www.NYnewsyork.com want to wish you a HAPPY & HEALTHY NEW YEAR!!! Ring in 2018 with laughter and joy and remember to DRIVE SAFE, STAY SAFE, AND BE SAFE!
